Specialist support with leather product design, construction and production decisions. Work with Georgie Tym to understand what your project needs and how to move it forward.
A focused conversation can help at the idea stage, during development or when preparing for production.

Materials & technical choices
Discuss leather suitability, hardware, construction methods and the details affecting how a product can be made and used.
03
Production planning

A few practical questions
Can you help with an early idea?
Yes. Share what you have and where you are stuck. The first step is to identify which advice or development work would be useful.
Does consultancy include making samples?
Samples are scoped and quoted as making work. A project can combine consultancy and sampling, but the deliverables are agreed clearly before work begins.
Can you help with larger-scale production?
Yes. Production processes, technical requirements and supply-chain considerations can form part of the agreed consultancy. Any production work is discussed and quoted separately.
What do you need help working out?
Tell us about the product, your business or brand, the current stage and the advice you need. Include any target quantity or deadline that affects the decisions.
