Do I need to enquire before adding personalisation?
If the product page offers the option you want, you can order there. Each letter, space or selected symbol uses one design position; the allowance is shown on that product. Personalisation must remain paid for at checkout.
Can you personalise an item bought elsewhere?
The personalisation and unique stamp options described here are for Hands of Tym products. For an existing item that needs repair, visit our repairs page.
What does a bespoke commission cost?
The price depends on the item, materials and changes involved. Product-page options show their own prices; work outside those options is discussed and quoted before it starts.
