Orders from the European Union (EU)

We ship regularly to customers across the European Union. The information below explains how VAT, customs and delivery charges are handled for EU orders placed on our website.

EU orders with a value of €150 or less

For orders shipped to the EU with an intrinsic value of €150 EUR or less (excluding shipping):

EU VAT is calculated and collected at checkout
Orders are shipped under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme
There should be no additional VAT or customs charges payable on delivery

Orders over €150

Orders with an intrinsic value above €150 EUR fall outside the IOSS scheme.

For these orders:

VAT and/or customs charges may be payable on delivery, in line with local regulations
Where possible, we will contact you before dispatch if an order exceeds this threshold
