EU and international customers

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Taxes and customs charges outside the UK depend on the destination, the order value and the products in the parcel. These charges are set by the relevant authorities and are not controlled by Hands of Tym.

EU orders with an intrinsic value of €150 or less

  • EU VAT is calculated and collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.
  • From 1 July 2026, the EU also applies a separate temporary customs duty of €3 for each distinct customs tariff category represented in a low-value parcel.
  • A parcel containing different types of goods can therefore attract more than one €3 customs charge.
  • This customs duty is separate from VAT and may be collected from the recipient by the carrier or local customs, depending on the destination and delivery service.

Orders with an intrinsic value above €150 fall outside the IOSS scheme and may be subject to VAT, customs duty and other charges on delivery, in accordance with local rules.

US customers

Due to trade tariffs and shipping constraints, Hands of Tym does not currently ship to the United States.
