EU & Rest of the World customers
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
For customers outside the UK, taxes and customs charges depend on the destination country and the value of the order. These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by Hands of Tym.
EU customers
For orders shipped to the European Union with an intrinsic value of €150 EUR or less (excluding shipping):

EU VAT is calculated and collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme

There should be no additional VAT or customs charges payable on delivery
Orders with a value above €150 EUR fall outside the IOSS scheme and may be subject to VAT and/or customs charges on delivery, in line with local regulations.
US customers
Due to trade tariffs and shipping constraints, Hands of Tym does not currently ship to the United States.
